- We ship only to physical shipping addresses within the mainland USA & Canada. We do not ship to PO / APO / FPO box addresses. An order can only be shipped to one location. It cannot be split and sent to multiple addresses.
- Request to change the shipping address will have to be communicated to us before the order is shipped. Any order once shipped, cannot be cancelled or diverted to a different shipping address.
- We deliver in 12 to 15 business days from the date of the order (including custom orders). We generally take much lesser time to deliver the order, however the time mentioned is the maximum possible time.
- Some of our customers have inquired about our production base and whether we meet social compliance standards. Lurap does its manufacturing only in India (and not in Bangladesh or anywhere else). India has strict labor laws and is in conformity with internationally-accepted labor law and social compliance requirements and Lurap adheres to them.
- Three attempts to deliver your package will be made by our logistics partners. If you were unavailable during these attempts, you will be requested to contact your local courier office to arrange delivery of your package. A delivery confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as we receive a notification of order delivery from our logistics partners. In case you have not received your order, please contact us within 3 business days from the date of our delivery confirmation email. Lurap will not be responsible for any 'lost package,' or 'did not receive delivery' beyond the time mentioned above.
- Personal purchases over $200 in a single day attract US Customs duty. And as a service to our customers in the USA, we will absorb it directly. Despite this arrangement with the courier service, if any Customs levy is made on the customer, we request the customer to write [to email firstname.lastname@example.org or call [tollfree number: 1 888 604 2301)] to inform us, and such duty will be paid back to the customer.

- Lurap currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. We do not accept checks or cash. All orders will be charged immediately upon order confirmation. Only one gift coupon can be used per order. In case you have multiple gift coupons, it is to help you get a discount on multiple orders. Any number of gift cards can be used in a single order.

- We are unable to accommodate any billing address changes on a confirmed order.
- We are unable to make any changes (address, size or coupon/discounts) to a confirmed order. If you wish to make any changes to a confirmed order (address, size or coupon/discounts), please contact our customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours from order confirmation. In most cases, the order will have to be canceled and a new one placed.
