Lurap offers you a easy and stress free return policy as we believe in complete customer satisfaction. When can I return the product?

We at Lurap would like you to have complete peace of mind when buying our exclusive products. You can return all items within 7 days for Lurap Store Credits which will be valid for 6 months from the date of your previous order.

To be eligible for the store credit, one of the following points should be covered:

  • Wrong Product has been shipped that does not match your order. This includes products where there are size issues. Size issues are the ones where the product is not made as per the sizes given by you at the time of purchase.
  • Manufacturing defect in the product.
  • The merchandise got damaged during transit, and we are unable to replace it if there is a problem with the fitment of the product, we will alter/fix/correct the product to match the exact size or style that was ordered for no extra fee
How do I return the product?

All you need to do is to send us back the product. The cost of the courier charges shall be reimbursed to you in the form of online store credit which would be double of the amount you have spent on courier charges.

Make sure the product has its original tags and packing in place. It should be unused, unwashed and unworn.

Products made under special request/your design section are non refundable/returnable in any circumstance
