1. Where is my order?

Orders are dispatched within 16 business days after order receipt. We send a confirmation email as soon as the order is dispatched from our end. You can track your order here.

We use the most reliable courier and dispatch services. Our orders are usually delivered before or within the stipulated delivery dates. In case there is any delay, we shall be sending you an email for that too.

2. How and when would I receive my return order?

Please allow up to 20 business days for your return parcel to reach Lurap. We send you a confirmation mail as soon as we receive your product. We try to send your new return parcel asap and send you intimation mail when the order is dispatched.

Please feel free to contact our customer care team if you do not receive any communication from us in the stipulated time frame (20 business days). Please mention your order number in subject line of mail.

If you have returned more than one item, kindly allow an additional 72 hours for all your returns to be completed.

3. How do I return an item?

We take every step to ensure our customers have a great shopping experience. But if you are not happy with your purchase follow the steps given below for an easy and quick return.

Lurap must receive return parcel within 20 days from the date of delivery confirmation (as per shipping provider).

Lurap has complete right to refuse return request if the products have been damaged or are not in good original condition. The labels and hang tags should be intact and there should not be any kind of stains on the product.

The product should be in its original condition. Lurap will not accept any product that has been adjusted or altered in any way.

Any product that does not fulfill the aforesaid criteria will be sent back to the customer without refund.

Please note that certain operational costs like shipping cost and customization fee (if applicable) are not refundable.

If you have received any faulty or incorrect product, please send an email with details to our customer care team. Our team would guide you on the best course of action to get your correct order.

4. Can I replace/amend my order?

We are sorry but, once the order has been placed it cannot be amended or replaced. Please wait for the delivery of the product and then follow our return policy if you are not satisfied with your item.

5. I got an order cancellation mail. Why has Lurap cancelled my order?

Please accept our sincere apologies for your order cancellation. This is a rare occurrence at Lurap and usually means the product is out of stock due to heavy demand. We would contact you within 48 hours to confirm the order cancellation.

7. Why do I create an account with Lurap?

9. How can I delete my account?

For deleting your account please contact Lurap customer care team. Please provide them the following inputs for completing your request:

Your full name

Your registered email address

Your billing address

Your shipping address

Your date of birth

After receiving your complete information we will delete your account and send you a confirmation email.

It is very painful to see you go. We value you as an integral part of our family and if you wish to register again just use a different email id and register as a new member.

10. How do I subscribe/unsubscribe from the newsletter?

Our newsletters keep you updated about latest trends, promotions, offers and industry specific news and everything else that Lurap offers to its valued clients. Just click on the "sign up" option and subscribe to our newsletter.
